I loved the book and Dr. Greene’s recommendations. He doesn’t force things on you but gives you many options to choose from.

Earthy-friendly AND kid-friendly

Many Important Points with Some Questionable Dietary Advice
Overall this is a good book, it’s well written, it’s easy to read, and it gets the point across. The dietary guidelines make up 10-15% of the text, and some are not good.
