Product Description |
| Who says a bowl has to be round? The triangular-shaped Baby DipperĀ® bowl allows one-handed feeding of infants, and makes self-feeding easy for toddlers. The non-slip base, contoured interior, spoon-shaped lower corner, and colorful transparent sides combine to make mealtime a fun and clean experience for all. Parents can use their free hand to clean or entertain baby, or to keep baby's hands out of the bowl. Toddlers can concentrate on getting their food onto their spoons and into their mouths, and avoid the frustrations of chasing the food around the bowl and the bowl around the table. Hand washing is recommended. The bowl is microwavable. This set is lead-free and phthalate-free. Please note that this set should not be purchased by customers in CT or MN due to laws against BPA in those states. The BPA-free Baby Dipper bowl is available on Amazon as the Baby Dipper Feeding Set BPA-FREE. |

Best Baby Gift Ever!
|
| Review Date: September 11, 2009 |
| Reviewer: T. Lynn, GA |
| This is the best gift you could give to any mom! Great quality, unique and well thought out design. If you are looking to give a new mom something that she will really use and appreciate this is the item. The only problem...that one is not enough! |
Ok but...

| The bowl's design is good because of the angled inside. However, it could be improved more if it was made of BPA free microwavable plastic or glass. Also, it would be nice if it was bigger too to accommodate more food once the baby grows. |
No More Messy Mealtimes

As a grandmother of six, I think the Baby Dipper bowl is fantastic! I've used it with babies and with little ones who are learning to feed themselves. You can actually feed a baby without ever having to touch the bowl because the grippy bottom keeps the bowl in place.
One of my grandsons loves to suck his thumb between bites of food. Since Baby Dipper gives me a free hand, I can keep that baby's thumb out of his mouth and avoid a big mess. Now baby mealtime isn't a disaster anymore.
Like magic, the food slides down the contoured bottom of the bowl, so you just put the spoon in and scoop--no chasing food like in a round bowl. The kids recognize Baby Dipper as soon as I get it out of the cabinet, and they love the bowl's bright blue color.
I highly recommend the Baby Dipper bowl to anyone who needs to feed a baby or has little kids learning to feed themselves.

my daughter just turned 5 months old and is eating rice cereal and sweet pototoes. i bought this bowl and it is a godsend! it stays put and does not slip around like all my other bowls, so my daughter can not tip it over while feeding!
the spoon is so lightweight and such a great shape --she is already trying to feed herself with it.
i highly recommend it to all mamas :)) |
good bowl, but it's SMALL

| As what the other reviewers said, it has great features that make it very easy to use for the parents. What disappoints me really is the size of the bowl. It only holds about 4 oz with little room to mix and stir. 5 oz. water will fill it to the rim. It can not hold all the food my 11 month old can eat in one meal. So if you have a big eater like mine, I would say think twice before buying. |
