I can’t find out for sure about either, but if the teethers are just the squishy liquid filled chewing parts they are BPA free. BPA is a chemical that is used in polycarbonate plastics. These are always going to be hard, rigid, and translucent plastics (think most baby bottles, Nalgene bottles). If the teethers don’t have any hard rigid plastic, they’re definitely BPA free.
For the rattle my guess is that it is BPA free as well. That’s because it is made of a combination of translucent and opaque plastic. Only the translucent (see through) plastic can possibly contain BPA. Since it is made with a plastic that doesn’t contain BPA, there wouldn’t be much reason for them to make part of it with a plastic that *does* contain BPA too. It doesn’t make much sense that they would use two different types of plastic.
